I’d use this thing while walking around Disneyland with my family, who, as I’ve learned from experience, don’t particularly enjoy spending a whole day with me at the happiest place on Earth with my face glued to my phone. It’s a cute device and it can help a lot with the grind if you’re angling for Level 50, a goal I’ve spent the last 6 years inching towards day by day. I joke, but I don’t begrudge anyone for using the Pokemon Go Plus +. Some claim doing this improves battery life, so at least there’s that. The only way to fix this would be to solder the battery back in. If you want to disable the vibration, according to Reddit, you have to remove the vibration motor, or at the very least cut the wires connecting it to the battery. Apparently the old Plus had this issue as well, and Go players were hoping the Plus + would fix it, but no such luck. Over on Reddit, u/ProfundaMaro shared some pictures of the inside of the Plus + so that other modders could take a look at it and see what it takes to disable the vibration.
